Video Tutorial: dark blue smoky eye; three lip colors

Here is a tutorial on how I like to do a very dark blue smoky eye look with neutral blackish brows and three of my favorite lipsticks to pair with it.

I love using dark blue eye makeup because I think it really complements my brown eyes, though I do think that dark blues (not necessarily bright, but definitely dark) can look great on tons of different skin tones and eye colors, especially when paired with more neutral lip colors.
